For wedding planners and day‑of coordinators
One timeline.
A call sheet for every vendor.
Stop emailing timeline_FINAL_v7.pdf to twelve vendors. Build the wedding day once: the photographer, DJ, caterer and florist each get a personal link with just their call times and cues, the couple sees the whole day, and when a time changes every link is up to date.
- Getting ready, bridal suite
- First look, rose garden
- Ceremonymoved from 4:00
- Family formals, 12 groupings

How it works
One timeline, a call sheet for every vendor
Build the day once
Add each moment with a time, length, place and the vendors involved. Start from your last wedding instead of a blank page.
Send one link per vendor
The DJ sees the entrances and the first dance. The caterer sees service times. The photographer sees the shot windows. Nobody scrolls through other people's cues.
Change a time, everyone has it
Ceremony pushed 15 minutes? Edit it once, or shift everything after it in one step, and every link shows the new time. Anyone can still print or save a PDF.
Need call sheets this season? The free call sheet maker works today in your browser, no account.
Why not a Google Doc?
A shared document works until the third version
The PDF by email
- Vendors print last week's copy
- The DJ never hears the ceremony moved
- "What time do you need me?" texts the night before
A link per vendor
- Only their times and cues
- Always the current version
- Still prints, still saves as a PDF
Launch pricing
$190 a year
or $19 a month
Unlimited weddings. At 20 weddings a year, the yearly plan is about $9.50 a wedding. 14-day free trial, cancel in two clicks. Waitlist members get 50% off for life, on either plan.
- Unlimited weddings, vendors and links
- The couple's full view, vendors' own views
- Shift every later time in one step
- Print or PDF any view
- Copy last Saturday's wedding as a template
Questions
Do vendors or couples need an account?
No. They open their link in any browser. Only you, the planner, sign in.
What if the venue has no signal?
Plan for no signal: every vendor can save their own sheet as a PDF on their phone or print it the day before, and an open page keeps working without a connection. There are no text-message reminders in the first version, so a change made on the day reaches vendors only when they reopen their link.
Does it replace HoneyBook or my CRM?
No. It does one job, the day-of timeline, and sits next to whatever you use for contracts and invoices.
Who is building it?
Silvan Jost, an independent software developer in Switzerland. It's a small, focused product, and you can write to me directly at [email protected].
When does it launch?
There is no launch date yet, and we won't make one up. We'll ask a few planners how they build timelines before building the first version, and the waitlist hears first. For this season, the free call sheet maker below works today.
